And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch \u2013 we are going back from whence we came.\u201d<br \/>\n&#8212; John F. (photo credits: sailingsoulianis.com)\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.optimiced.com\/wp-uploads\/2021\/11\/sailingsoulianis-abacos-mavic.720px.jpg\" alt=\"A sailboat sailing on the ocean on a sunny day\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<em>(photo credits: <a href=\"https:\/\/sailingsoulianis.com\">https:\/\/sailingsoulianis.com<\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Maybe this explains why I often feel significantly better when being at the seaside, and then much worse when I need to head back to the big city where I am spending most of my time currently, working and living. <\/p>\n<p>This short blog post is just a reminder to myself that the ocean is there, waiting, and it is where <a href=\"https:\/\/www.optimiced.com\/wp-uploads\/2021\/11\/PXL_20210724_162629845_Michel.jpg\">I feel better<\/a>&#8230; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.optimiced.com\/wp-uploads\/2021\/11\/PXL_20210725_101436975_2.we.jpg\">we all feel better<\/a>.
