Rule #1: Be better than yesterday!
Rule #2: Spend at least 30-60 minutes per day, each day.
Rule #3: Break the seal of hesitation!

Doesn’t work for me. Yet! :)
But that’s because I am not still following those easy-to-follow three rules. I hope I’ll learn how to follow them… or simply will!
